The producers of Arya's upcoming Chikku Bukku have reportedly lodged a complaint against the actor for not cooperating for the dubbing work of the film. Chikku Bukku is produced by Mediaone Global Entertainment Limited in association with Majestic Multimedia Limited. In their complaint, the producers alleged that the actor failed to attend the dubbing session twice, which has resulted in the film’s release being delayed.

Chikku Bukku, starring Arya, Shriya and Preetika in the lead roles, is one the latest films with a city-based love story. According to sources, Shriya Saran has been given a complete makeover. The director has promised that this triangular love story would be a never-before attempt and a new concept in Kollywood, and has shot major parts in Austria, the first time a Tamil film is being shot there.

Chikku Bhukku is almost ready for release and will have a simultaneous release in Tamil and Telugu because of the popularity of the lead stars in Andhra also. The latest buzz is that music, composed by Colonial Cousins Hariharan-Leslie Lewis, will be launched on August 13, 2010.

The film has Arya playing Arjun, a chocolate boy who can make girls’ hearts flutter, and Shriya playing Anu, a bubbly girl. The movie is said to be a travelogue of two people which starts in London and ends in Karaikudi.
